Penguin Empire Robotics

Penguin Empire is a FIRST Robotics team based at San Marin High School in Novato, California. Established in 2007, we are a group of dedicated high school students who design, build, and program robots that will compete in competitions on a global scale. Our team has won multiple awards, including the Sacramento Regional Innovation in Control Award and placed second in the 2017 CalGames competition. We reached the semifinals at the 2019 Sacramento Regional and went on to the 2019 FIRST Championship in Houston. In our 2022 season we won the Rockwell Automation Creativity Award at the Sacramento and San Francisco Regionals. In 2023, we made it to Semis in the Central Valley Regional and placed 3rd overall. In the 2023 Sacramento Regional we were Ranked 4th after qualifiers, and made it to Finals in Alliance two. We then got a Wildcard spot and competed in the 2023 World Championships in the Galileo Division.
